The boys loved hunting for clues in pairs and completing the activity sheet together. Our PTA set up the exciting hunt on the Adventure Playground, the Astro, the patio and the garden. Thank you to all the parents who made this possible, especially Oliver’s mum.
We were lucky enough to have a visit from an RSPB trained educator today.
The boys took park in an engaging outdoor session called ‘BIOBLITZ’. They loved hunting for plants and mini beasts under every rock, plant and bush in our garden area.
One of the groups paired up with Year 3 for their session.

Today we had a visit from Cally. She is a specially trained dog who helps people who have had a stroke. The boys loved meeting Cally! Please enjoy the photos.

Due to BOUNCE day next Friday 17th the boys will be tested on their spellings, tables and complete their mental maths test on THURSDAY 16th March instead.
Please ensure the boys have all their test books in school on Thursday.
Next week the tables test will be a mix of the 4, 5 and 6 times tables!
We will send their P.E kits on Thursday afternoon for them to come into school in on Friday morning. We DO NOT need book bags in school next Friday due to BOUNCE.

The boys worked together solving a division board game. We let them choose their own partners and they had such fun. Raphael even wanted to take his board game home to play.

Mrs Price has arranged for the RSPB to visit Lochinver House School on Wednesday 15th March. The boys will enjoy a presentation in the classroom and then an outside workshop. This will all take place within our usual school day. Please may all 2WA boys bring their wellington boots to school for this session?
