The boys have had a busy half term with Harvest celebrations, the Big Draw and finally with Diwali today.

The boys have been busy designing and colouring Rangoli patterns.

Yesterday the boys took part in a Maths challenge.

This is a brilliant game to play at home. It will improve and speed up Maths skills.

Harvest rehearsals are going well, can’t wait until tomorrow!

As part of our Maths focus this week. The boys followed instructions on the board to create towers with Unifix. They then wrote number sentences to show what they had created. 

As part of our Topic about directions and maps, the boys today went to visit Mr Walker in his office. The boys asked many questions and thoroughly enjoyed this visit. On returning to class the boys proceeded to write directions to Mr Walker’s office.

Just a reminder that the closing date for the Journey Stick Competition is Thursday 23rd October. We have had some lovely entries but it’s not too late to submit your stick! All the Journey Sticks will be judged after the half term holiday and there will be prizes for the winners! If you have any questions please do let me know.
