The boys enjoyed a delicious picnic lunch today on the field in the cool shade of the trees today!

We had a great day at Epping Forest today. We were so lucky that there was only a brief shower and that the sun shone for us.

The boys meadow swept, hunted for mini beasts and enjoyed pond dipping. They listened well to the leader and she was impressed with their knowledge.

They made mini beasts and pond life from natures resources and re-enacted the lifecycle of a dragon fly!
